Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Zortify is redefining how companies make data-driven decisions in recruiting and talent management. Our AI-powered solutions help organizations optimize hiring, reduce bias, and build high-performing teams. As we scale our sales efforts, we are looking for a high-energy, results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate new business pipeline through outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification.   

Your role

As an SDR at Zortify, you will play a critical role in expanding our customer base. You will identify new sales opportunities, engage with potential clients, and collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities    

Pipeline Generation:

  • Outbound: Proactively identify and reach out to potential customers via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking.  
  • Inbound Leads: Qualify and convert leads from marketing campaigns (ads, content marketing, events, etc.). 
  • Research target accounts, map decision-makers, and personalize outreach strategies

Sales Engagement & Qualification: 

  • Conduct discovery calls to assess prospect needs, pain points, and potential fit.
  • Educate prospects on Zortify’s AI-driven solutions and how they solve key business challenges
  • Schedule high-quality meetings and demos. 

Teamwork: 

  • Work closely with the marketing team to optimize lead generation and improve lead conversion
  • Partner with Sales Management to refine prospecting strategies.

Who we are looking for:

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation
  • Experience with outbound prospecting and cold outreach
  • Strong communication skills (written & verbal) 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Fluency in German
  • Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
