Elements of AI – AI in Human Resources

This interactive workshop explores the transformative role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Human Resources (HR). Guided by three experts from Zortify, participants will gain insights into AI-driven solutions in recruitment and talent management.

The session begins with an introduction to the facilitators and a contextual overview of AI in HR. Then, hands-on experimentation will demonstrate how AI products are developed. We will delve into AI’s ability to identify psychological traits and their relevance in workplace dynamics, supported by explanations of model training processes and technical pipelines.

Additionally, we’ll discuss the ethical and regulatory implications, including the EU AI Act, and how AI informs decision-making in HR. Through Q&A segments and a debrief on results, participants will leave with a clear understanding of the potential and limitations of AI in HR.
